Veterinary MIPO Distractor Instrument Set

The Veterinary MIPO Distractor Instrument Set supports selected minimally invasive plate osteosynthesis workflows in animal fracture surgery. It combines K-wires, distraction sleeves and handling instruments to help the veterinary orthopedic team prepare temporary fixation, maintain working alignment and support plate-positioning steps during fracture reduction.

The set includes sharp single-ended Kirschner wires in six diameters: Ø1.5 mm, Ø2.0 mm, Ø2.5 mm, Ø3.0 mm, Ø3.5 mm and Ø4.0 mm. Each wire has a 250 mm length, with two pieces supplied for each diameter.

Five distraction sleeve sizes are included: Ø1.5 mm, Ø2.0 mm, Ø2.5 mm, Ø3.0 mm and Ø3.5 mm. The multifunctional ankle K-wire instrument and wrench support K-wire handling and distraction-related instrument preparation.
